WE Project: Creative Mindfulness with Sanaz

This is a retreat based class, designed to help you feel calm, inspired, recharged and reenergized. We will practice breath work, meditation, mindful journaling and creating intention cards as we sip on tea and nibble on treats, ending our practice with a poem created by our group.
When: 1st Friday of Every Month
(Aug 4 & Sept 22)
Time: 1:00 to 2:30pm
Where: SOWINS Training Room
Sanaz is a certified yoga teacher and she was introduced to meditation at a very young age. She is a professional artist and showcases her work in Greater Vancouver and the Okanagan. Her peaceful and playful personality will make you feel nurtured, loved and safe.
