What if I have registered for a class but I can’t attend?
We always ask that you give us as much time as possible to fill your spot if you are unable to attend a class.
This allows us to:
  • Fill the spot with another participant
  • Purchase less supplies if they are not needed
  • Let the instructor know if the class will need to be cancelled
Some classes that are over multiple days – like Writing Out Loud – you can drop in and out of. Some classes – like the Intro to Knitting – will build on the class before it so it is best to attend all of them.

What if there is class I want to take but it is not being offered?
Just let Bethany know and she can see about scheduling one if possible. All of our classes are lead by volunteers from our community and with donations of materials. We will do our best to put on a selection of different offerings every season.

I am a SOWINS client. Can I teach a class?
Come and speak with Bethany. She would be happy to hear from you and talk about your ideas.
